3. Legal basis & consent
We process your information to provide the services you request (performance of a contract), to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interest in operating a secure platform. Where you opt in to communications, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Email communications
Transactional emails (verification, password reset, account notices) are sent via our email provider (Google Workspace) from info@timpex.club. If you opted in, we may also send platform updates; you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery), under appropriate safeguards;

- To protect the rights, safety, and security of TIMPEX.club, our users, or the public.
Documents you upload are private to your account and visible to authorised TIMPEX administrators only for the purpose of providing guided support.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and secure storage of uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@timpex.club.
