Welcome to TIMPEX.club (“TIMPEX”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”), an APNRT-guided initiative that helps members of the Telugu diaspora learn and undertake international trade. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are & what we provide

TIMPEX.club provides educational content, instructor-led training, trade simulations, document templates, and guided support to help members understand and execute import/export trades. The Platform is offered free of charge. We are an enablement and education platform — we are not a broker, customs agent, bank, freight forwarder, or party to any trade you transact.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at info@timpex.club of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable export, import, sanctions, or trade-control laws;
Upload false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, or documents you are not authorised to share;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Platform or its infrastructure;
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform content without our written consent.

4. Educational nature — no professional advice

Content on TIMPEX.club is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, customs, or investment advice. International trade carries commercial and regulatory risk. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence, regulatory compliance, and trade decisions, and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. User content & documents

You retain ownership of documents and information you upload (such as invoices, shipping documents, and trade records). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Platform and provide the services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload such content.

6. Intellectual property

All Platform software, branding, training materials, and guides are owned by TIMPEX.club or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial learning and trade activity on the Platform.

7. Third parties

Trades you undertake involve third parties (suppliers, buyers, carriers, customs authorities, banks). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any third party, and any dealings are solely between you and that third party.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIMPEX.club and APNRT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
